Employee Ownership (EO) Month

October is National Employee Ownership Month in the U.S. Every year, we celebrate our employee ownership and employee owners along side thousands of other employee-owned companies across the country. The ECAC Committee plans weekly games and activities for all Osborne employee owners. These activities help educate employees about our ESOP, our company, and our customers while having a bit of fun at the same time. Several drawings are held and prizes are distributed for winning entries.

In October 2021, winners of the ECAC-sponsored games and activities for EO Month were awarded a free vacation day! Congratulations to all our winners: Brent Brown, Dallas Rolls, Austin Gilkey, and Brian Palen.
