Quietly nestled in the South Solomon River valley in north central Kansas, Osborne is a small community with a rich history of perseverance and innovation.
In the early 1970s, Osborne-natives realized that the rural and highly agricultural area would need jobs to maintain a thriving community, thus, the Osborne Industries’ manufacturing facility was founded.
Our company and employee-owners actively contribute to the Osborne community and surrounding areas by reinvesting resources and energy into community improvement projects, civic groups and various organizations. Significant company resources and financial contributions aided in the construction of a four-field, modern baseball complex, a 9-hole golf course along the scenic Solomon River, a new public library and renovated airport. The employee owners are highly active in various community organizations and tirelessly devote many hours and resources to keep Osborne a thriving Kansas community.
